On my favorite fashion blog, The Sartorialist, I keep seeing women (and men) show up in Paris, Milano, Florence, and all the boroughs of NYC with unique combinations of oxfords with socks. Also, they seem to be all the rave on the runway and in J.Crew. So what do we think about the comeback of oxfords? And more importantly, worn with socks and skirts or shorts?

Okay, SO: here’s a bit of advice- just because it looks good in a pic doesn’t mean it will look good on YOU. Fashion mags publish fantasy. That said, its a distinct look for a certain type. Just not you, even though your legs are skinny enough.
